Senior Portrait Photographer

Location: Oslo, Norway Type: Full-time

Seeking an experienced portrait photographer with a robust portfolio showcasing artistic vision and technical mastery, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills for client interaction.

This full-time position requires a seasoned professional adept at conducting both studio and on-location portrait sessions with diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and corporate subjects. Responsibilities encompass initial client consultations to understand their vision, planning and executing shoots with creative flair and technical precision, and guiding clients through the image selection process. A strong foundation in studio lighting techniques (both strobe and continuous) is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of professional photography experience, particularly within the portrait genre. While basic image selection is part of the role, extensive retouching is handled by our dedicated Retouching department. Photo Retoucher

Location: Oslo, Norway Type: Full-time

We are looking for a creative and highly detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to join our post-production team, dedicated to enhancing images for our commercial and portrait clients with precision and artistic sensibility.

This full-time role demands expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Key responsibilities include advanced skin retouching (frequency separation, dodge & burn), intricate color correction and grading to match specific briefs and artistic styles, and seamless composite work where necessary. Experience with various image types, from commercial product shots and fashion editorials to family portraits and headshots, is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of light and shadow, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality. 3+ years of professional retouching experience is preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating your range and skill level is mandatory for consideration. You will collaborate closely with photographers to ensure the final images align with the creative vision and client expectations.

Studio Assistant

Location: Oslo, Norway Type: Part-time

An excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive individual eager to learn the ropes of a professional photography studio and support our dynamic team with daily operations.

This part-time position (approx. 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule may be possible) is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, physically capable of assisting with equipment, and possesses excellent time management skills.
